  • All VIP/Made-to-Order purchases are final sale

  • We accept repair or replacement for defects only

Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our craft.


If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery, email support@keistojoi.com or call 1-855-4-KEIS-2U

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

Our team will review and may offer repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.


This policy does not apply to normal wear, natural variations in materials, or damage from misuse.

Order Cancellations

Once production begins, we cannot cancel or alter your order.


If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@keistojoi.com.


We will try our best to assist, but cannot guarantee approval.

Crafting Timeline

Our handbags are handmade in France and crafted in limited batches. Please allow up to 90 days weeks for production and delivery.
