General Care

  • Store your handbag in its provided dust bag when not in use, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

  • Avoid prolonged contact with abrasive surfaces to preserve the material’s natural texture and finish.

  • Keep your bag away from oils, perfumes, hand creams, and dyes that may transfer.

  • Avoid overfilling your bag to maintain its shape and structure over time.

  • If the bag becomes exposed to moisture, gently blot (do not rub) with a clean, soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.

  • When needed, use a professional luxury leather specialist for deep cleaning or restoration.

Cavallino

  • Avoid friction against rough clothing or surfaces, which may cause hair texture changes over time.

  • Keep away from water, oils, and alcohol-based products; moisture can cause matting.

  • Brush gently with a soft, natural-bristle brush to maintain the direction and smoothness of the hair.

  • If the hair becomes slightly raised, use light, downward strokes only - never circular pressure.

Leather

  • Exotics (Crocodile, Reptile): These require special care, Keep from humidity , friction , and direct exposure to sunlight . Gently polish only with a soft , dry cloth.
