Keis To Joi – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the purchase of products from the Keis To Joi website (the “Site”), and along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and Keis To Joi LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Keis To Joi”). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site and placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into contracts and have the legal capacity to do so. If purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

3. Orders & Made-To-Order Products
• Made-to-Order: Our products are crafted specifically for you upon order. Typical production and delivery time ranges from up to 90 days

• We will confirm your order via email. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment
• Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and include applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated.
• We currently accept [e.g., credit card, Afterpay, Klarna, etc.]. Payment is charged at the time of order unless you use a deferred-pay option.
• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping fees and estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Exchanges
• Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Exceptions are made only for faulty or damaged items. See our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including images, descriptions, logos, text is owned by or licensed to Keis To Joi and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use such content without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Keis To Joi’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these T&Cs at any time. The version in effect at the time of order will govern. Continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
